Job Requirements We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supervisor- MEP (PHP & FF ) to join our team. As the Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical aspects of the project, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within the specified timeline.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all mechanical activities on the residential project
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Manage and lead a team of mechanical technicians and contractors
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution Work Experience Qualifications:
Graduation preferred.
8 - 12 year of experience in residential projects Required Skills :




Proven experience in a supervisory role within the real estate or construction industry
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
