We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted operations of trading systems, networks, servers, and end-user devices.

Must having atleast 10yrs of experience in share market industry on NSE/BSE softwares

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Provide technical support to traders, dealers, and office staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Ensure smooth functioning of trading applications, terminals, and back-office software.
Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Manage Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Active Directory.
Install software updates, antivirus solutions, and security patches.
Configure and troubleshoot email accounts, printers, and shared network resources.




Maintain inventory of IT assets, licenses, and accessories.
Perform regular data backup and recovery procedures.
Coordinate with internet service providers and software vendors for issue resolution.
Monitor server health and system performance to minimize downtime.
Implement IT security policies and ensure endpoint protection.
Create and maintain documentation of IT processes, configurations, and support tickets.
Assist in disaster recovery planning and business continuity activities.
Provide technical support during market hours with quick issue resolution.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
