Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
Good knowledge of hardware components and materials used in relevant industries.
Candidates from similar industries may also be considered if they have relevant procurement process and system knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, quotations, negotiations, and Purchase Orders.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, Projects, Stores, and Accounts teams.
Prepare comparative statements and negotiate competitive rates with vendors.
Ensure timely delivery of materials/services as per project requirements.
Verify POs, GRNs, invoices, bills, and work orders.
Source, onboard, and maintain relationships with current and existing vendors.
Monitor vendor performance, pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records,



and MIS reports.
Coordinate with Accounts for timely vendor payments and resolution of queries.
Ensure compliance with procurement processes and maintain proper records.

Skills Required:
Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes.
Vendor negotiation and relationship management.
Knowledge of POs, GRNs, invoices, contracts, and billing.
Robust coordination and problem-solving skills.
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
