About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Jewellery Sales Executive with a strong background in gold, diamond, silver, bridal, and luxury jewellery sales. The ideal candidate should deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and build long-term customer relationships while representing DAR Jewellery's premium brand.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, antique, temple, and bridal jewellery.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Explain product quality, BIS Hallmark, diamond certification, pricing, and making charges.
Handle billing coordination and customer follow-up.
Maintain showroom display standards.
Cross-sell and upsell jewellery collections.




Support festive promotions and special sales events.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Minimum 3–8 years of jewellery showroom sales experience.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Solid knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and bridal jewellery.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work on weekends and festival seasons.

Preferred
Experience with leading jewellery brands.
Knowledge of CRM software and retail billing systems.
Multi-language communication (Tamil, English, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, or Hindi) is an added advantage.
