Basic Function:

Enterprise Risk Management

As an Risk Manager, you will be part of the India Risk function and would be responsible for providing oversight and risk advice from second line perspective to India Business on Non-Financial Risk (NFR) matters.

This role would assist in relaying the MetLife Enterprise framework to India Branch and oversee the application of and ongoing changes. Including the quality, transparency and accuracy Non-financial risk information and the effectiveness of risk mitigation activities.

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing company's Enterprise Risk Management, implementation, policies & and compliance efforts. This role involves ensuring that the organization complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations, safeguarding sensitive information, and promoting a culture of data privacy and security across all defined areas
Establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve NFRM practices
Test Controls/ mitigation put in place to manage risk
Should have experience in managing Operational Risk for Technology services/ areas
Take corrective and preventive actions, based on Governance structure
