Role & responsibilities
To conduct visual, dimensional, and functional checks on incoming components.
Review supplier certificates, test reports, and compliance documents.
Record and report non-conformities, segregate defective components, and initiate corrective actions.
Coordinate with suppliers and supply chain team for clarifications, replacements, or corrective action reports.
Maintain inspection logs, rejection reports, and traceability records.
Suggest process improvements to reduce defects and enhance supplier quality.
To arrange & conduct the QMS , IMS Audits (External & Internal).
