Summary The Senior Financial Analyst position will serve as the primary financial business partner for various departments and business units, which includes preparing materials for financial review, variance analysis and forecasting. Candidate must possess exceptional Excel skills and be comfortable collaborating across multiple departments and business units. Analyst must be able to provide timely, accurate financial reporting and insights/recommendations to drive margin expansion and profitability growth.

Position will be an active participant in special projects and ad-hoc analysis with frequent interaction with department leads and senior management. Role will coordinate extensively with Accounting, Sales and Operations on planning, budgeting and forecasting. Analyst must be adaptable and able to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions
Prepares monthly financial results and operational review packages for management
Monitors performance and provides actionable variance analysis to management




Works with management to develop budgets and forecasts, including departmental, business unit and consolidated views
Provides decision support and ad-hoc analysis to management

Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in consolidated spend management and review process
Participate in the overall loading and management of budgets and forecasts with the financial systems

Required Qualifications
4 year college degree in Finance / Accounting or related field
5+ years finance experience including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
Superb Excel skills including developing forecast models
Solid understanding of GAAP
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with others

Desired/Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in Finance or Business Administration
Previous experience with NetSuite and Hyperion / Oracle EPM
