Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Associate who can manage day-to-day operations, communicate with users, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This role requires positive communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs & KPIs)
Communicate with users and solve their queries on time.
Handle issues and escalations quickly and effectively.
Work with internal teams to fix operational problems.
Support daily clinical and operational tasks.
Improve processes to make work faster and smoother.
Ensure a good experience for users.

Key Requirements
1 - 6 years of experience in operations or similar role
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working in a quick-paced workplace
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
