Eligibility
Graduate or Undergraduate
Minimum 1 year of International Voice (UK/US) experience – Mandatory
Excellent spoken and written English
Robust technical troubleshooting and customer service skills
Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Responsibilities
Provide technical support to international customers via voice calls
Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
Accurately document customer interactions
