Role & responsibilities
Lead & Manage Quality Department
Ensure that all requisite client & API standards are met with regards to quality of products (from sourcing to final delivery)
Guide & mentor junior team members
Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
Devise and review specifications for products or processes
Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
Implement QMS, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) / Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
Implement Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) / Checklists / Work Instructions / Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) /Manuals at all production stages.




Ensure that the work is executed / delivered as per approved Drawings / Standards
Ensure implementation & maintenance of all QMS related documents / records.
Assist in creating & updating QMS / Quality related documents

Preferred candidate profile
10+ years of relevant experience in related industry.
5+ years of experience of leading the department, managing teams
Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
Interface with technical support internally to resolve issues that directly impact partners
