Operate and support pick-and-place machines, laser processing systems, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems, conveyor automation systems, robotic handling systems, vision inspection systems, and barcode/traceability systems. Assist engineering teams during machine setup, calibration, qualification, and preventive maintenance. Escalate equipment abnormalities, process drifts, or recurring alarms to engineering and maintenance teams.
Support first-level troubleshooting and recovery procedures.
Preferred candidate profile
B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical, 1+ years of relevant experience, immediate joiner preferred. Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation concepts. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of sensors, pneumatic cylinders, servomotors, solenoid valves, and vacuum control is an added advantage.
