Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electric buses.
Diagnose and repair faults in high-voltage electrical systems and EV components.
Inspect, test, and maintain lithium-ion battery packs, Battery Management Systems (BMS), traction motors, inverters, converters, and motor controllers.
Troubleshoot charging systems, onboard chargers, DC-DC converters, and charging connectors.
Use diagnostic software and specialized tools to identify and resolve electrical and electronic faults.
Perform wiring inspections, cable repairs, and replacement of faulty electrical components.
Monitor battery health, charging performance, and thermal management systems.
Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests after repairs to ensure secure operation.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, job cards,



and service reports.
Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines, preventive maintenance schedules, and safety procedures.
Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and high-voltage safety protocols while working on EV systems.
Mentor and support junior technicians in troubleshooting and repair activities.
Coordinate with supervisors and operations teams to minimize vehicle downtime.
Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
