Semiconductor and VLSI Domain Hiring
Recruit for core VLSI skill areas including RTL, DFT, Physical Design (PD/STA), and Verification/Validation.
Support hiring for Embedded, Firmware, Analog, and AMS profiles.
Screen and assess candidates with experience in EDA tools, UVM, ATPG,



and related semiconductor technologies.

Sourcing and Talent Mapping
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, technical communities, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of niche semiconductor talent.
Conduct initial screenings to validate technical exposure, experience relevance, and role fit.

Stakeholder and SLA Management
Work closely with hiring managers to understand expectations, priorities, and technical requirements.
Deliver hiring outcomes aligned with SLAs including turnaround time, submission quality, and closure efficiency.
Provide daily status updates on sourcing progress, interviews, and closures until completion.
