Job Summary
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients.
Introduce premium matrimonial services and packages.
Convince and convert leads into paid memberships.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Conversions: Make daily outbound calls to verified leads to drive business revenue.
Client Consultation: Understand client expectations regarding life partners and pitch suitable membership plans.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
Relationship Management: Act as a dedicated relationship manager to assist registered premium members.
Follow-up:



Maintain a regular follow-up pipeline with warm leads to ensure final conversion.
Query Resolution: Handle client grievances, queries, and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction.

Key Requirements
Language: Complete fluency in Hindi is mandatory with solid communication skills.
Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in Tele sales, Inside Sales, or Matrimonial Customer Care.
Skills: Robust persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills over the phone.
Attitude: High patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence to handle personal matrimonial discussions.
