Profile: Service Manager

Location: Ajmer, Rajasthan

Industry: Earthmover & Construction Equipment [JCB]

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day service operations for Earthmoving and Construction Equipment.

Handle customer service issues with professionalism and timely resolution.

Support & Coordinate with service teams for productive service delivery.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Monitor equipment performance and plan preventive maintenance.

Maintain service records, reports, and warranty documentation.

Provide technical support and training to the service team.

Generate business for Parts & Service Revenue.

Role Requires: Diploma / B-Tech [ Electrical & Mechanical ]

Experience: 5–10 years in Service Management of Earthmovers / Heavy Construction Equipment.

Education: B-tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering

Solid knowledge of brands like JCB, CAT, L&T;, Komatsu, Volvo, Tata Hitachi, XCMG etc.

Excellent customer handling and problem-solving skills.

Solid team management and leadership qualities.

Preferred candidates from local territory (Ajmer or nearby).
