Responsibilities
Build full-stack features (React / Next.js + Node.js / Python).
Design and implement backend services and APIs.
Model and manage data across relational and analytical systems.
Develop ingestion and transformation pipelines.
Deploy and operate services in GCP + Kubernetes.
Improve scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Build and integrate LLM-based workflows including RAG pipelines, agentic flows, and AI-assisted intelligence layers.
Debug and enhance production systems.

Requirements
Solid Builder.
Experience building and operating production systems.
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership.
Quantified impact (performance, scale, cost, reliability).
CRUD-only experience is insufficient.

Skills And Expertise
Comfortable across: React / Next.js, Node.js / Python, API design and data modelling.




Cloud-native deployment (GCP preferred), containers / Kubernetes.
Solid systems thinking; understands failure modes, scaling limits, and service boundary trade-offs.
Practical experience building with AI including agentic workflows, LLM integration, and AI-assisted development.
We work with Airbyte, Airflow, dbt, Trino, Cube.js, Neo4j and GCP (GKE preferred).
Familiarity is a plus; curiosity and ability to ramp quickly matter more.
Active Coding Signal (Required).
Evidence of ongoing building: GitHub, Open source, Personal projects, Technical writing, Deep experimentation.
