Role & responsibilities
Responsible for process improvement in production Responsible for day to day organizing, planning, maintaining production lines, material and man power planning
Coordinate with all support functions for achieveing the day to day production targets.
Working with other departments such as maintenance, purchase, quality, ppc to ensure all products and systems requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to finished result.
Working with other professionals such as accountants and human resources personnel, to manage budget aspects and recruitment & skill up-gradation of operators/engineers.
Liaising with the research and development department to ensure manufacturability of products.at optimum productivity, quality & safety norms for current/existing products.
Sharing of kaizen, 5s,



TPM initiatives to superiors and subordinates Focus on productivity, quality , safety etc.
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met and Work on reduction of first aid accidents
Improve manpower productivity Increase
OEE Reduce defect/PPM Zero minor/major/first aid accident
Encourage employees to give more kaizen (4 kaizen per operator)
Improve product delivery
To reduce number of near-miss first aid accident

Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of SAP/ any other ERP System, well versed with ISO system, Project management Skill
Positive knowledge of cost saving techniques, well versed with latest problem solving, and trouble shooting techniques
Product knowledge
Knowledge about machines and equipment.
