We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant Physiotherapist to lead clinical services while managing a team of physiotherapists in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with leadership skills to ensure exceptional patient care and smooth departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat OPD and IPD patients using evidence-based physiotherapy practices.
Manage a wide range of musculoskeletal, post-operative and rehabilitation cases.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of physiotherapists to ensure high-quality patient care.
Plan daily duty allocation, monitor team performance, and ensure adequate service coverage.
Conduct clinical case discussions, support staff development, and ensure adherence to organizational protocols.
Drive departmental efficiency, patient satisfaction,
and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
BPT/MPT with a valid State Physiotherapy Council Registration.
5–7 years of experience in a hospital-based OPD & IPD setup.
Prior experience in team handling or leadership will be an added advantage.
