Candidates having experience in research and development projects will be preferred
The selected candidate will work on the ISRO-RESPOND funded project titled “Development of Portable Thrust Measurement System (TMS) for Thrust Range 5 mN to 50 mN.”
The responsibilities include design, modeling, simulation, fabrication, integration, calibration, testing, and validation of a portable micro-thrust measurement system.




The candidate will be involved in CAD modeling, finite element analysis (structural, thermal, and vibrational), development of data acquisition systems, sensor integration, experimental testing under laboratory/vacuum conditions, data analysis using Python, preparation of technical reports, and publication of research outcomes.
The candidate is expected to work closely with the project investigators in developing a high-precision thrust stand for characterization of electric propulsion systems used in nanosatellite and CubeSat applications.
