Role Overview

We are looking for a student-focused Admissions Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process, provide accurate course information, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding IELTS and IIT-JAM programs through calls and virtual interactions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to address queries and drive enrollments.
Support students throughout the admission process and ensure timely completion of formalities.
Maintain accurate student records and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth resolution of student queries.

Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry.




Calling experience is mandatory.
Experience in counselling for IELTS and/or IIT-JAM programs preferred.
Study Abroad counselling experience will be an added advantage.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Solid counselling and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in Hindi.
Familiarity with online education platforms and CRM tools.
