STE (Finacle LMS Conventional)
5+ years of testing experience into Banking.
Robust hands-on experience in Finacle 11, Retail Loans, SQL, test data preparation, and end-to-end functional testing.
Valuable knowledge of banking / Retail Loans processes such as demand generation, repayment, deferment, fees, settlement, rescheduling, write-off, and disbursement.
Experience with defect management, execution reporting, and test repository maintenance.
Ability to work independently with minimal KT and coordinate directly with stakeholders for clarifications.
Additional Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Finacle 11 Retail Loans functional manual testing covering conventional and Islamic loan lifecycle scenarios.
Ability to validate end-to-end loan flows including onboarding, disbursement, repayment, deferment, settlement, rescheduling, write-off, fees, profit/interest calculation, and accounting entries.
