This role is responsible for front-end and back-end testing in Life Insurance DMS applications with robust focus on Agent Compensation, KPI and Persistency validation.
Responsibilities
Senior QA should have 3+ years of experience in QA with exposure to Insurance DMS domain.
Robust understanding of DMS Commission Management: Basic Commission
Basic Override Commission
Variable Commission
Variable Override Commission
Clawback Commission
Clawback Override Commission.
Experience in validating: KPI calculation based on Premium Collection
Agent Persistency.
Valuable understanding of: End-to-End flow (Agent Policy Commission KPI).
Should have knowledge of Agile Testing.
Perform: Exploratory Testing, In-Sprint Testing, API Testing, E2E Testing.
Must have knowledge on: Database Testing, Rules Testing, SQL Queries.
Experience in: Test case design, execution, and maintenance.
Responsible for: Defect reporting, tracking defect ageing
SLA follow-ups.
Should independently manage assigned tasks and client expectations.
