We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Development Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions. The role requires solid technical leadership, solution architecture capabilities, and the ability to mentor teams while aligning platform initiatives with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, IRM, or SecOps, and demonstrate solid experience in enterprise-scale implementations and governance.
Experience Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or Computer Science.
10 to 16 years of experience in ServiceNow development and leadership roles.

Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory
Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Positive to Have
