The Global Payments Product Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and execution of our global payments initiatives. This role demands a visionary leader with a robust track record in driving projects from conception to launch and a deep understanding of clearing products and payment services.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that enhances our clearing products and payment services portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge payment solutions that meet market demands and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the Product Management team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market opportunities and create compelling product propositions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in payments and clearing services.
Drive customer-centric product development,

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on payments or clearing services.
Strong understanding of payment systems, clearing products, and related regulations.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
