Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (Protected) and Agilemethodologies

Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure SPM modules including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Financial Planning.
Customize project templates, scoring models, and portfolio dashboards.
