Required Skills & Qualifications
2 to 3 years of experience in .Net development
Valuable understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and solid analytical skills
Hands-on experience with:
ASP.NET / C# .Net frameworks (versions 2.0, 3.5, 4.0)
SQL Server 2008
JavaScript & AJAX
ADO.NET 2.0
Experience with Design Patterns and MVC frameworks is a plus
Experience in database design and functional design
Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle including:
Business/system analysis
Requirements gathering
Functional specification authoring
Development and testing
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements and prepare technical designs
Conduct detailed technical analysis of requirements
Lead and mentor a team of developers, including task briefing, code review, and feedback
Prepare external documentation such as:
Requirement Specifications
User Manuals
System Manuals
Technical documentation
