We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR professional who can effectively manage a team, handle client interactions, and act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication and client-handling skills, good knowledge of Excel, and a basic understanding of technical recruitment and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and guide the HR/recruitment team to achieve business and hiring targets.
Act as the SPOC for clients and internal stakeholders.
Handle regular client communication and maintain solid client relationships.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely closures.
Manage client acquisition and relationship building activities.
Track team performance, recruitment progress, and daily activities.
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with clients for requirements, interviews, feedback, and closures.
Ensure smooth communication between clients, recruiters, and management.
Support the team in achieving recruitment and business targets.




Use technical knowledge to understand IT/technical job requirements and support the recruitment team.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Good client handling and relationship management skills.
Experience working as a SPOC.
Knowledge of client acquisition / business development.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Basic understanding of technical/IT recruitment.
Robust coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and team members simultaneously.

Eligibility
3–7 years of relevant experience in HR, recruitment, team handling, client management, or a similar role.
Candidates with experience in IT recruitment / staffing / recruitment consultancy will be preferred.
Candidates must be based in or willing to work from Hyderabad.
