About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Automation Architect to lead our enterprise test automation strategy across UI, API, Data, and Cloud platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll design scalable automation frameworks, drive CI/CD quality initiatives, lead data validation efforts, and mentor engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver (Java), Playwright, and REST Assured.
Build automated UI, API, and data validation test suites.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Lead AWS Data Lake and ETL testing across S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, and related services.
Drive SQL/NoSQL database validation, ETL testing, and data warehouse quality assurance.
Support performance testing using JMeter, Gatling, or k6.
Define automation standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor QA Engineers and SDETs.
Evaluate and implement up-to-date AI-assisted testing approaches.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
16+ years of experience in QA and Test Automation.
5+ years in an Automation Architect or Technical Leadership role.
Robust experience designing enterprise automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
