Responsibilities
Assist with the development of project audit plan and implementation
Communicate and coordinate with concerned project team members on audit requirements.
Conduct
Pre-audit briefing.
Conduct project audits and check process compliance as per SOP.
Identify non-conformances / risks / issues and prepare Corrective Action Reports (CAR).
Conduct joint review discussion and circulate Final Audit report
Prepare CAR status reports and track closure of CARs with concerned teams for process compliance
Analysing audit results.
Conduct statutory compliance reviews.
Prepare periodical management information reports and presentations for leadership group (Collate, analyse, and present data).
Manage documents and records.
Requirements
An industry pro
A relevant education background, degree in Architecture / Engineering; Post-graduation in Construction management / Project management or equivalent, will be preferred.
You ll also need at least three years of experience.
Experience in Construction field - Project management / Construction management
Sound knowledge and understanding of audit, construction contracts and local statutory regulations & laws.
Experience working with a multinational company in a similar role or level will also be very helpful.
Analytical and methodical; able to audit or review projects for compliance in policies, processes & systems and also statutory compliance.
Are you also proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint) and project related software such as Microsoft Project and CAD
You should have the ability for taking initiatives; handling of multiple assignments and excellent time management skills
A natural communicator; this role calls for superior communication skills and coordination with all team members.
