Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and hiring across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.
Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
Prepare recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility
Any Graduate.




Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Solid communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment tools.
