Job Summary

This role focuses on business analysis, where SharePoint will be used as a platform to share and communicate updated content with the team. This position is not responsible for enterprise-level SharePoint administration or maintenance.

Responsibilities
Assist with establishing Enterprise Architecture practice
Maintain and update EA Sharepoint portal,
Facilitate revised Architecture Review Board process and other EA services
Maintain and create power automate flows to streamline/automate EA processes.
Track reference architecture status and EA QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) progress.
Govern and maintain EA tool (Ardoq)
Maintain Ardoq metamodel
Collaborate with EA stakeholders and EA practice to expand use of Ardoq
Manage access to Ardoq





Requirements
Well organized, valuable communication skill to be able to facilitate various business and technical discussion in support of the EA practice.
Well versed with Office Productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio).
Ability to take requirement, feedback and translate to process flow.
