Responsibilities:
Maintain real-time accurate record of all accounting and finance transactions in books of accounts
Ensuring real-time Bank reconciliations
Co-ordination with consultants, exchanges, and regulators
Ensuring timely vendor payments
Preparation of various reports for internal and external stakeholders
Assistance in getting timely tax returns and filings done for the Broking arm
Improvising existing finance & accounting processes by continuously making it productive and getting in automation




Assistance in exchange and regulatory audits and inspections
Experience in Finalization and closing of Books of Accounts
Handling Quarterly Audit process
Preparation of process notes and Standard Operating Procedures for all Finance and Accounts related processes
Assistance in Budgeting and variance analysis
Co-ordinating internally to collect data required for analytical purposes
Preparation of reports as required time to time
Securing financial information by completing database back-ups

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes
Knowledge of broking industry and business needs
Proficiency in using accounting software
