About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Sales Manager – Online Sales (K12)

to lead a high-performing team of Academic Counselors/Inside Sales Executives responsible for driving student enrollments through virtual consultations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in

B2C online sales

, team management, revenue ownership, and customer acquisition within the

K12 EdTech segment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives/Academic Counselors.
Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and one-on-one feedback.
Drive team productivity and ensure consistent target achievement.
Hire, onboard, and train recent team members.

Online Sales & Revenue
Drive revenue through online consultations and virtual sales.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead allocation to enrollment.
Improve lead-to-enrollment conversion through effective sales strategies.
Monitor and optimize the sales funnel to maximize revenue.




Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value opportunities.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor and analyze key sales KPIs, including:
Revenue
Lead Conversion Rate
Enrollment Rate
Sales Productivity
Talk Time
Follow-up Effectiveness
Customer Acquisition
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement prospects.

Coaching & Quality
Conduct regular sales training, role plays, and objection-handling sessions.
Improve sales pitches and customer engagement techniques.
Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
Share customer feedback and market insights to improve campaigns and product offerings.
Work closely with stakeholders to enhance the customer journey and overall sales performance.
