SLMB Ventures LLP, a Franchisee of Kalyan Jewellers Ltd, is engaged in retail operations with a robust focus on financial discipline, compliance, and operational excellence. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and strengthen our finance function.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhenkanal. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and supporting management with financial insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable
Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Perform bank, ledger, and inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
Handle GST, TDS,



and other applicable statutory filings and documentation
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Conduct financial analysis and provide reports to management as required
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams during audits and reviews
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely closing of accounts

Required Qualifications & Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel (mandatory)
Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems
Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements independently
High attention to detail with solid problem-solving skills
