Role Description: SS Constructions is looking for a agile and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our branding and marketing initiatives in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should possess solid strategic thinking, leadership qualities, and hands-on experience in executing successful online and offline marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.

Lead brand awareness campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and offline channels.





Plan and manage offline marketing activities including hoardings, events, exhibitions, promotions, and local activations.

Collaborate with sales teams to generate quality leads and improve customer engagement.

Create innovative campaigns to increase project reach, customer inquiries, and revenue.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance for continuous improvement.

Manage vendor relationships, advertising agencies, and promotional activities.

Build and maintain strong brand identity for all company projects.

Candidate

Requirements

MBA in Marketing or related field.

Must be proficient in Telugu & English

Minimum 08 years of experience in the construction/Real estate industry.

Solid expertise in brand management, offline marketing, and lead generation

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Proven track record in increasing revenue through effective marketing strategies.
