About the Chance
Our client is a leading FinTech product company building next-generation digital financial products across lending, investments, payments, and financial services. They are looking for experienced Backend Engineers who are passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems in a rapid-paced product environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build high-performance microservices and REST APIs.
Design reliable, secure, and scalable distributed systems.
Work closely with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Participate in design discussions, code reviews,
and technical problem-solving.
Required Skills
5–8 years of backend development experience.
Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot.
Good understanding of Microservices Architecture.
Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Experience with AWS/GCP is preferred.
Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and API Design.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred
Product company experience.
FinTech domain experience is an added advantage.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
