Create detailed storyboards, content outlines, assessments, and learner-focused scripts.
Structure, organize, and re-model content to improve clarity, flow, and engagement.
Design and develop e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise (mandatory).
Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content and validate accuracy.
Apply instructional design models, theories, and taxonomies to create high-quality learning experiences.
Ensure end-to-end execution of the learning development life cycle.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.
Use creative thinking and visualization skills to convert raw content into interactive and engaging digital learning.
Identify prospects to integrate creative learning technologies, tools, and solutions to enhance course effectiveness.
