Techno Commercial Team is responsible for sourcing and procuring goods, services, and supplies for an organization, ensuring they meet quality, quantity, and price expectations.
This role involves researching and identifying key suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing the overall procurement process to ensure smooth operations and cost-effectiveness and managing internal & external stake holders.
Identifying, evaluating, and building relationships with suppliers.
Negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers for Production and non-production material
Managing the entire procurement process from initial need to final delivery for Production and non-production material
Tracking inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Analyzing market trends and pricing to secure the best value for the organization.
Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining accurate records and generating reports on procurement activities.
Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to facilitate the procurement process.
Addressing issues that arise during the procurement process.
Identifying prospects to improve the procurement process and achieve cost savings.
