Senior Executive: Directorate of External Relations About Directorate of External Relations (Do ER): The Directorate of External Relations is a strategic initiative at GITAM Deemed to be University, which works closely with all academic and functional leaders on campus and our alumni community to forge robust and meaningful relations with industry, corporates, and research leaders in India and abroad.

Graphic design or basic content creation skills are a plus. Roles and Responsibilities:1.



Drive external relations activities at the Hyderabad campus,building and maintaining relationships with alumni, industry,corporate, and institutional stakeholders.2.

Plan and execute engagement activities and signature events at thecampus, coordinating logistics, stakeholders, and follow-through.3. Support external-relations marketing and communications,including content coordination, social media inputs, andstorytelling aimed at alumni and other external stakeholders, inline with central guidelines.4. Manage data support needs, including maintaining alumni andstakeholder records, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to dataenrichment efforts.5.

Handle day-to-day operational tasks at the campus, serving as theprimary point of contact for Do ER on the ground.6. Coordinate and guide the student team locally, and work closelywith the central Do ER team to align on priorities and deliverables.
