responsibilities This position will collaborate and support our India RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) business in the development and implementation of solid sourcing services.
Our Sourcing
Specialists work closely with Recruiters and are responsible for identifying potential talent for roles using multiple sourcing channels. You will be provided guidance by Senior Sourcing and Lead Sourcing Specialists around what appropriate talent sourcing channels should be used based the requisition criteria. Working in a solid partnership engagement with our Onsite and Field Recruiters across APAC, you will deliver quality candidate resumes through the use of the KellyOCG Talent Sourcing Methodology. .
