HR Business Partner (HRBP) – International BPO. We are expanding, and we are looking for a energetic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing International Contact Center operations.

Industry: International BPO / Contact Center Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic HR partner to contact center leadership
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
Partner with operations to manage attrition, absenteeism, and performance issues




Support workforce planning and collaborate with recruitment teams
Ensure HR policies, compliance, and labor law adherence
Conduct HR analytics and provide insights to improve people strategies
Facilitate performance management processes and talent development initiatives Requirements:

4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in BPO / Contact Center workplace

Strong experience in Employee Relations and Stakeholder Management

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

Comfortable working in US rotational shifts Preferred: Experience supporting international voice processes or contact center operations.
