Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field (B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc.

Computer

Science/BCA).
Master's Degree (MCA/M.Tech)
Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), PACS, LIS, and healthcare IT infrastructure is preferred.

Experience
5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and technical support, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare workplace is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience in managing:
Hospital Information System (HIS)
Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
System administration, backup, and disaster recovery
Firewall, antivirus, endpoint security, and cybersecurity practices
Database management and user access control
Hardware maintenance, printers, biometric devices, and IP telephony
Experience in coordinating with software vendors and third-party service providers.
Exposure to NABH, NABL, and healthcare IT compliance requirements is desirable.
