Perform calibration, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of field instruments including pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters.
Install and troubleshoot field devices such as control valves, transmitters, limit switches, proximity sensors.
Conduct loop checking, functional testing, and support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities during plant startups and shutdowns.
Operate standard calibration and diagnostic tools such as HART communicator, loop calibrator, multimeter, and portable test equipment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date instrument calibration records and ensure compliance with accuracy and quality standards.
Hands-on experience in Honeywell DCS (Experion PKS) operations, including loop monitoring, basic configuration, alarm troubleshooting, and control loop tuning.
Support resolution of control loop performance issues, system alarms, and instrument communication errors within the Experion workplace.
Perform installation, commissioning,



and repair of field instruments integrated with Honeywell Experion systems, including wiring, tubing, and configuration.
Work in rotational shifts and provide round-the-clock instrumentation support for plant operations.
Interpret and work with P&IDs;, hook-up drawings, loop diagrams, wiring schematics, and I/O lists for effective troubleshooting and system integration.
Execute Calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to planned schedules and reliability requirements.
Adhere strictly to plant safety protocols, including permit-to-work (PTW) systems, LOTO, and hazardous area classifications.
Coordinate effectively with maintenance, electrical, mechanical, and production departments to ensure smooth instrumentation operations.
Knowledge of CGMP and ISO Documentation.
