Oversee maintenance, operation, and performance of equipment across various locations within Mumbai and Rest of Maharashtra. Ensure adherence and utilization of MEM budget and accordingly make plans for deployment of assets. Track, monitor and maintain record of the utilised assets.
Manage spare stock report on recent assets purchase versus placement records and regularly update deep freezer placement report for circulation to Head MEM.
Coordinate with retailer for timely resolution of their query and escalate concerns to seniors if it requires immediate action.
Raise requirement of spares parts and optimised usage of spare parts.
Keep a close track of market asset repair status & manage deployment as per request of sales team after due approval from Head MEM.
Share complain status on daily basis and maintain TAT report on weekly and monthly basis.
Minimise compressor requirements especially during the month of December and January.
Create attendance data, vendor bills and TADA update as per agreed TAT in coordination with Corporate MIS Executive.
Coordinate with Manager MEM for routine department activities and business support duties.
Maintain compliant status on daily basis and TAT report on weekly and monthly basis.
Ensure repair operations for E-carts and Push carts for respective region.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in FMCG or food processing or retail industry with focus on market equipment.
Knowledge of safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and compliance standard.
Solid technical knowledge of machines, refrigeration systems and related equipment.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
