Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating with site teams, contractors, and clients.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
Prepare daily reports on project status, including quantity surveys and material requirements.
Develop and maintain accurate records of project documentation, including DPRs (Daily Progress Reports) and BBS (Bar Bending Schedules).
