Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement service & application strategies to indirectly promote retina imaging products in hospitals, clinics, and eye-care institutions.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to highlight product features and advantages.
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure timely follow-up on Warranty/AMC/CMC
Collaborate with technical support and marketing teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Prepare and submit service reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Candidate Requirements
Education: B-Tech/ Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication.
Experience: 2–5 years of proven record on servicing & application of medical devices, ophthalmology or diagnostic imaging products.
