Job Duties
3–4 years of experience in resource management and workforce planning.
Manage staff scheduling, including PTO, training, and updates using scheduling tools.
Proficient in scheduling, forecasting, and capacity planning methodologies.
Provide supply-demand reporting to identify resource or skill gaps.
Understand staffing requirements and propose solutions in coordination with delivery teams.
Solid MS Excel skills.
Prepare and publish periodical reports with regards to employee utilization, team performance, and project progress.
Analyze and explain the budget, forecast, and actual variances.
Highlight the anticipated utilization for the upcoming month in comparison to the budget and provide any insights into any gaps in forecasted production.
Valuable teamwork and good communication skills. Able to articulate the problem and participate calls for fulfillment.
Collaborate with US resource managers and engagement teams for conflict and demand management.
Execute schedule changes within defined SLAs.
Proactively flag conflicts and coordinate resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain transparent communication with all internal stakeholders.
Participate in special projects and handle additional assigned duties.
Reporting & Analysis
Weekly (every other week) analysis of scheduling trends.
Mid-month and end-of-month schedule-to-actual reviews.
Qualifications and Skills
Solid background in Workforce Management, Project Management, and Business Communication.
Proficient in reporting and data analysis.
Any degree, preferably in Commerce.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
