Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in Oriya and/or Assamese language (spoken and written).
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a quick-paced environment.
Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in communication or customer service is a plus.
