To manage FundAccounting, Reconciliation, Trade and Corporate Action booking for a US basedAsset Manager.

This role demands candidate that can work across arange of tasks simultaneously and can work independently with minimalinstruction. Working hours vary depending on the markets the fund manageroperates.
The role involves end to end lifecyclemanagement of Leveraged Exchange traded Funds (ETFs) and Mutual fund NAVcalculation.
Calculate Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit of theproducts.
Book and Reconcile Trade, Corporate action andJournal entries with Broker/Custody Statements on a daily, Monthly andQuarterly basis.
Preparation of Trial Balance, Balance sheet andits analysis
Maintain Excel models of individual funds andreconcile if in line with the accounting system.
Prepare Monthly, Semi Annual, Annual auditstatements and liaise with external auditors on queries.




Prepare Investor Documents like Key InvestorDocument (KID), Final Terms, Fact Sheets and Supplementary Trust Deed.
Prepare Regulatory News Services (RNS)Announcement documents for issuer related actions like Stock split, CurrencyChange, and Index Change.
Demonstrate high attention to detail, shouldwork in a agile setting whilst maintaining high quality standards, anatural aptitude to develop positive internal working relationships and a flexiblework ethic.
