Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities as per approved drawings and schedules.
Manage and guide skilled and unskilled workforce to ensure quality and timely execution of work.
Ensure construction activities comply with CPWD specifications, approved drawings, and safety norms.
Coordinate with site engineers, planning, QA/QC, and safety teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor workmanship quality and ensure rectification of defects, if any.
Maintain daily progress reports, labour attendance, and work records.
Ensure proper usage, handling, and storage of materials at site.
Assist engineers in setting out, measurements, and execution of civil works.
Identify site issues, delays, or risks and report to the concerned engineer for corrective action.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and maintain discipline at site.
Support inspections, audits, and handover activities with clients and consultants.




Willingness to work at any site or project location as assigned by the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
10th / 12th pass pass.
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Foreman in CPWD/government building projects.
Solid understanding of civil construction activities, drawings, and CPWD specifications.
Ability to handle manpower, subcontractors, and site coordination effectively.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Basic knowledge of measurements, material control, and site documentation.
Willingness to relocate and work across multiple project sites as per company requirement.
